Do you work with international clients?
Yes — XCEL was built with an international focus from day one. We serve clients in the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond. All services are deliverable electronically.
How are fees structured?
We offer both fixed-fee project contracts and time-and-materials engagements depending on project scope. All proposals are provided in USD. We require a deposit before work begins on all projects.
Do your deliverables require a local engineering seal?
In many jurisdictions, yes. Where local seals are required we coordinate with licensed engineers in your jurisdiction to ensure full compliance. We handle that coordination for you.
How long does an engineering package take?
Timeline depends on project size and complexity. Most consulting and peer review engagements are completed within one to three weeks. Full engineering design packages typically range from three to eight weeks depending on scope.
Can you work on government or publicly funded projects?
Yes. XCEL is registered for federal contracting and actively pursues government and multilateral development bank funded projects. We are pursuing veteran-owned small business certification.
What codes and standards do you work with?
